This Month in the Kitchen

In honor Washington’s Birthday, February 22nd we will have Cherry Pie for dinner.

Do you have a recipe you would like us to feature? February 2nd, the Harbor and Village will be able to try “Joe’s Chicken Rueben” for lunch. Joe Bader, a resident on the Harbor, submitted his recipe. Joe’s Chicken Rueben is a chicken entrée topped with sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, and swiss cheese. This is the first recipe to be submitted and used.

Seafood Fridays. Every Friday during Lent there will be a fish or seafood option. This year lent begins on February 14th and ends on April 1st.
